Summary
Each year the American Planning Association (APA), its members, chapters, divisions, and professional institutes sponsor National Community Planning Month to raise the visibility of the important role of planners and planning in communities across the U.S.
The purpose of this proclamation is elevate the role of planning in Pflugerville. Throughout the month, the Pflugerville Community Library will host a special display of resources regarding urban planning and related topics in Pflugerville. Plans for the creation of the City's Development Services Center to be located at 201B East Pecan Street are being finalized, and upon completion the Planning, Building and Engineering departments will host an open house in their new location.
