Summary
City leases the property at 103 N. Railroad for the purpose of city offices. Based on recent requests, and Council action on September 12, 2023, this item proposes an amendment to the lease agreement to allow for food trucks for city sponsored special events. If approved, the City Manager will execute the addendum to the lease with the property owner.
