Summary

Mr. Prinz has had a previous agricultural lease on this land with the city and has requested to renew that lease for an additional year.

 

The land in referenced in this lease agreement is the approximately 72 acres owned by the city in the New Sweden area and a portion of which is slated to be used in the future for the New Sweden Lift station project.

 

This item is supported by the Community Social Fabric & Neighborhood Character pillar of the Strategic Plan.

This lease was approved in February 2025.
