Summary
This item has been included on the agenda to request approval of a professional services agreement with Garver, LLC to provide engineering services associated with the preparation of a Water Master Plan Update. The overall goal is to develop a comprehensive Water Capital Improvements plan for the water distribution system that was last updated in 2020. This item supports the Infrastructure Pillar of the Strategic Plan.
The Water Master Plan update will include development of population and demand projections, an update and calibration of the hydraulic model, assessments of the water system, and development of a capital improvements plan. These efforts will be summarized into a comprehensive Waster Master Plan Report that identifies phased improvements needed at 2030, 2035, and buildout horizons.
