Status
The City entered into a professional services agreement with RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture in January 2013 to prepare a Trails Master Plan and Undeveloped Parkland Study.
City Staff worked with the consultant much of 2013 to develop these documents with an initial presentation to the Parks & Recreation Commission in June 2013. There was a public input workshop held in September 2013 and additional input was sought with the documents being posted online for much of fall 2013.
A draft report was presented to both the Parks & Recreation Commission and the City Council in January 2014.
City Staff worked with the consultant to address feedback from both groups and prepare the final draft report.
This final draft report was presented to the Parks & Recreation Commission on March 20, 2014. The Commission recommended approval at that time.
