Title
Approving a resolution for an Interlocal Agreement with Travis County for the administration of storm water management programs applicable to the City of Pflugerville Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) in Travis County and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same.
 
Summary
The purpose of this item is to request City Council to authorize the City Manager to execute an interlocal agreement with Travis County for the administration of storm water management programs for the City of Pflugerville ETJ in Travis County.  Attached is a copy of the Interlocal Agreement which specifies the roles of both the City of Pflugerville and Travis County for inspection and coordination for the implementation of storm water management measures within the Pflugerville ETJ limits in Travis County. Sections C through H of the agreement describe specific tasks and responsibilities of each party to effectively exercise their power and authority to meet the storm water management goals established in their respective Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) general permits.
 
Status
The Engineering and Legal Departments for the City of Pflugerville and Travis County have reviewed and approved the language in the interlocal agreement.
