This resolution is for authorization of the City Manager to execute a Release and Vacation Instrument to vacate an existing water and access easement within the Wellspoint One, Section One Including a Resubdivision of Lot 1A, Block H, The Club at Wellspoint Phase A, Section One subdivision. The proposed easement vacation will allow the lot to be developed and clear title concerns. There are no water lines in the easement as a formerly proposed development was never constructed. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the abandonment instrument as to form.
