Summary
The water easement is needed for a proposed public water line that is located outside of the platted limits but serving the Children’s Lighthouse and Kelly Lane Commercial developments, generally located northwest of Kelly Lane and Weiss Lane. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement
