Summary
The resolution is being brought to the City Council for consideration at the request of Mayor Pro Tem Victor Gonzales. The Pflugerville ISD Board of Trustees passed the resolution at their June 21, 2012 meeting. PISD is seeking the support of the Pflugerville Education Foundation, Pflugerville City Council, and Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce by asking them to approve the same resolution. Districts throughout the state are working to do the same.
