Summary
Staff will provide a summary and timeline of construction items to date and remaining items for completion of the project. Critical items that may affect the project timeline, primarily private utility relocations, will also be discussed.

Project is currently under construction.
Prior City Council Action
A construction contract for the Kelly Lane roadway project was executed with Cash Construction, Inc. in November of 2013.
