Title
Conduct a public hearing and consider action to approve a resolution regarding the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2023.

Summary
The CDBG program provides annual grants on a formula basis to entitled communities to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment, and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income persons. The City of Pflugerville became an entitlement community in 2013 and developed the first 5-year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan at that time. The priorities established by the Consolidated Plan are carried out through actions and activities each year as established in the Annual Action Plan.

The proposed 2023 Action Plan will be available for public viewing beginning, Friday, June 23 through Monday, July 25, at the following link https://www.pflugervilletx.gov/cdbg and in print at the Pflugerville Library.
