Summary
The second floor of City Hall, Suite 400, is to be renovated to provide additional office space for administrative staff. The intent is to relocate the City Manager's Offices into Suite 400, which would free up office space within Suite 300 to meet the needs of the Finance Department. It is proposed the City invests in the City's current properties, including Suite 400, to accommodate current and future office space needs in a fiscally conservative way that enhances collaboration and efficiency.
