Summary
The City Charter provides that the Mayor, with advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint not less than five individuals to serve on the Personnel Appeal Board for up to three years.
The Personnel Appeal Board requires a minimum of five members. No maximum number of members is provided in the City Charter. Current Personnel Appeal Board members are Terry Knighton and Dina Schaefer.
There are currently three vacancies with terms ending December 31, 2026.
