Summary
This Work Authorization No. 2021-3.1 is made pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement executed the 22nd day of January 2020 by and between the City of Pflugerville and Seven Arrows.
The City’s waterline project will provide capacity improvements for the City’s water system and serve future growth. Completing this project will require obtaining additional, permanent and temporary construction easements for the 794 PZ and Weiss Lane/Kelly Lane Water Line Project.
The scope of the 794” PZ and Weiss Lane/Kelly Lane Water Line Project has been revised due to change in design from 36” to a 12” line causing a reduction in easement needs. This scope affects 7 parcels, which require title research and procurement, appraisal, presenting of offers, negotiation and closing of water and temporary easements.
The maximum amount payable under this Work Authorization is $77,000.
