Summary
During the April and May meetings of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the Commission discussed the preparation of the list of 5 year comprehensive park plan projects. Following the development of the overall list, each commissioner independently ranked the projects in priority order. Staff used these rankings to compute the attached priority listing. The overall list was then split into two funding groups. Projects less than $500,000 were included on the proposed funding through General Capital Reserve. Projects costing more than $500,000 are included on a possible bond funding list. The Commission formally voted to forward these recommendations to you. This item has been scheduled on the worksession to allow for discussion.
