This item has been included on the regular meeting agenda to allow for City Council discussion in executive session for deliberations regarding real property pursuant to Chapter 551.072 of the Texas Government Code and legal counsel pursuant to Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Action, if any, will be taken in open session.
Manville Water Supply Corporation would like to purchase three acres of the City of Pflugerville's property on Gregg Lane. The three-acre tract would have 297 feet of frontage on Gregg Lane and a depth of 440 feet. A map, provided by Manville, is attached.
