Update on the infrastructure improvements on the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) property.
Summary
The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) is the owner and developer of a 160-acre tract of land at the southwest corner of SH 130 and Pecan Street. Platted as the Renewable Energy Park, the PCDC has rebranded the development to be known as 130 Commerce Center. The plat and infrastructure construction plans were prepared by DCS Engineering, and Darren Strozewski will present an update on the progress thus far. A vicinity map showing the location is attached for reference.
Status
Infrastructure improvements are being installed in support of further development of the tract.

No action to be taken on the item.
Fiscal Impact
Funding of the improvements is via Certificates of Obligation issued by the City of Pflugeville and reimbursed by the PCDC.
