Discuss and consider a 5-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the Pflugerville Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1 (FY27-FY31).
Summary
This item is included to allow for discussion and consideration of a 5-year CIP to include projects associated with city-owned property generally located at 101-105 E. Pecan Street for historic building rehabilitation and public parking. The proposed projects are anticipated to be designed in FY27 and constructed in FY28. This TIRZ CIP is anticipated to be reviewed and updated annually to coincide with the City's annual budget process. If the project(s) are recommended to start in FY27 by the TIRZ Board, a FY27 budget amendment would be presented to City Council for consideration.
