Authorizing the City Manager to negotiate a contract with SAIC Energy, Environment & Infrastructure, L.L.C. (SAIC) for the valuation of certain utility systems within the City of Pflugerville.
Summary
As the City continues due diligence on various water long term water strategies, there may become a need to value all or parts of certain utility systems within the City of Pflugerville. SAIC was formed in 1969 to provide services for public infrastructure ranging from rate review to valuation services. Staff feels that SAIC can assist the City in evaluating various strategies going forward by providing valuation services based upon experience and sound data.

Fiscal Impact
Funds for this project will be expensed to the Utility Fund Administration Professional Services account.
