Summary
During the fiscal year it becomes necessary to amend the approved budget to allow for expenditures and revenues that were not originally approved. During fiscal year 2012-2013, budget amendments have been processed on a quarterly basis. Attached is a summary of the proposed budget amendments for the fourth quarter which includes the purpose of the amendment proposal, the amounts, and the line items affected.
Prior City Council Action
The FY 2012-2013 budget was approved on September 11, 2012. This is the fourth amendment to the budget.
This ordinance was approved on first reading on December 10, 2013.

Prior to the end of the 2013 calendar year.
