Summary
This Agreement with the City of Plano will allow the City to participate in Plano's cooperative purchasing program, which will allow the City to buy goods and services from those vendors that Plano solicits for competitive bids, including printing services provided by Matrix DataProse. This service has already been competitively bid and we are benefiting from this by entering into this agreement. We currently use this provider for these services under a different Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the City of Baytown but their contract with the provider has expired.
