4.) Executive Session Item: 551.071- Consultation with Attorney regarding contemplated litigation and legal rights and obligations of the PCDC under a purchase agreement with EVS Metal, Inc.
5.) Open Session Item: Discuss and consider action on Executive Session items as needed.
Summary
