Summary
The City Charter provides that the Mayor, with advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint not less than five individuals to serve on the Personnel Appeal Board for up to three years. Mayor Victor Gonzales recommends the appointment of Mark Lee at this time. The Personnel Appeal Board requires a minimum of five members and currently the Personnel Appeal Board contains four members. Current Personnel Appeal Board members are Ms. Lorena DeZeeuw, Ms. Michele Walty, Ms. Doris Williams and Mr. Bruce Tabor. Application for Mr. Lee will be provided to the City Council separate from the agenda.
