Summary
The proposed professional services supplemental agreement includes design services associated with the Pflugerville Justice Center Parking Lot project. The project will develop a portion of the adjacent property west of the Pflugerville Justice Center for expansion of the existing police department parking lot. Parking facility spots will be maximized based on available space as a result of proposed detention facilities and elevated storage tank construction (currently on-going by others). Design will be executed to achieve a maximum goal of 90 parking spaces. The detention facility will be designed to capture and mitigate flows from the proposed conditions for the appropriate storm events indicated in the “City of Pflugerville Engineering Design Guidelines and Construction Standards.” Other aspects of the project will include utility design of proposed conduits for parking lot lighting as well as erosion and sediment controls.
