Summary
Cross County Water Service Corporation retains a temporary construction easement and is proposing a permanent easement generally located in the same area along the western property boundary of the City's proposed Wilbarger Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility on Gregg Lane. The easement document anticipates the widening of Gregg Lane in the future so that no additional facilities are placed in the area subject to future right-of-way needs. On the CAMPO transportation plan, Gregg Lane is an extension of Wells Branch Parkway from the west.
