Summary
Lakeside Meadows Phase 1 will construct Balaton Boulevard and Colorado Sand Drive, which are collector roadways that provide primary access for the Lakeside Meadows subdivision. The agreement permits the developer to install decorative pavers, concrete edging, landscape medians, irrigation and related enhanced infrastructure within the city-owned right-of-way along Balaton Boulevard and Colorado Sand Drive. These improvements are anticipated to improve the aesthetic appeal along the roadways. The agreement outlines that it will be the developer’s or the succeeding homeowner/property owners’ association’s responsibility to install, maintain, repair and relocation (if necessary) the improvements.
