Discuss and consider action regarding scheduling and agenda items for a retreat worksession.
Summary
The City Manager and staff would like to schedule a retreat to provide an opportunity to brief the City Council on the following topics: budget update and discussion of fiscal year 2014 budget, ECT Survey, Parks vision, capital improvement project update, and any other suggested topics. It is anticipated that the retreat may last five hours or so.
Proposed Saturday dates of April 6, April 20 and April 27 are suggested by staff as possible dates for the retreat worksession. Staff is aware of existing conflicts with one or more Mayor/Councilmember schedules on each of these dates so wished to discuss possible dates with the Council.
