Discuss and consider action to approve a resolution making additional appointments to the Mobility Master Plan Technical Advisory Committee.
Summary
A Mobility Master Plan Technical Advisory Committee will work with City staff and the City's consultant in the development, facilitation, production and delivery of a new Mobility Master Plan. The Mobility Master Plan will include an update to the City's Transportation Master Plan and the Parks and Recreation Trails Master Plan. The Technical Advisory Committee will meet six (6) times from June to December to provide valuable feedback regarding the direction of the Mobility Master Plan. The committee is proposed to consist of fifteen members that have been appointed by City Council, of which four were appointed on June 25, 2024. This resolution establishes the additional appointments to create the full committee.
Prior City Council Action
On February 27, 2024, City Council approved the professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn for the Mobility Master Plan.
On June 25, 2024, City Council recommended approval of four members to include Celso Baez, Frank Fuentes, Nicholas Goettsche and Jackie Sartor.
