Summary
The purpose of this item is to renew an interlocal agreement with the City of Austin for the purpose of establishing the authority and process for the City of Pflugerville assigning addresses to properties within the city limits of Pflugerville as well as the ETJ in Travis County. The City of Austin provides addressing for Travis County and this agreement specifies the roles of both the City of Pflugerville and the City of Austin for coordination and assignment of addresses to properties within the City of Pflugerville's city limits and ETJ limits in Travis County. The Planning and Legal Departments for the City of Pflugerville and the City of Austin have reviewed and approved the language in the interlocal agreement.
