Summary
Lot 2 is situated at the southwest corner of the Pecan Street and SH 130 intersection. Water infrastructure has been constructed in the easement area shown on the attached map. Before the City can formally accept the public water improvements associated with the Pflugerville Solar Sail drive project, this easement must be established.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
