Summary
Last year, the Texas A&M Forest Service moved the date of Arbor Day from the last Friday in April to the first Friday in November to better correspond with our planting season in Texas. The City of Pflugerville will observe Arbor Day on Friday, November 7, 2014 with a public tree planting from 9am to Noon at Pecan Park. Twenty-five trees of several species will be planted. The holes will be pre-dug by City Staff, so that the actual planting will be much easier. All members of the City Council, City Staff and Public are invited.
