Summary
Project Pfit support provided to the City of Pflugerville for support of maintenance and operating costs of The Monarch, the new Multi-generational recreation center opening Spring of 2027. This facility is projected to achieve fully self funding with in a five year plan. This is an authorized Economic Development Corporation (EDC) project under Tex. Local Gov’t Code Sec. 505.152.
