Summary
In affiliation with the Buttercup Retail Center subdivision improvements project, wastewater easements are needed for associated wastewater infrastructure along Dessau Road to serve each proposed tract of land. The developer submitted construction plans to City staff in December 2013. Staff has approved the plans for construction. The City Attorney has reviewed as approved easements as to form.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easements and subsequently record them with Travis County.
