Summary
On June 14, 2016, the Pflugerville City Council approved the 1849 Park Master Plan, which included a phased approach for the development of the sports complex and park. Partial development of Phase 1 started in 2017 and included three football fields, three multipurpose fields, restroom facilities, and parking. This proposed Professional Supplemental Services Agreement (PSSA) continues the design and preparation of construction documents for the purposes of expanding parking, installing lighting, and implementing detention measures to accommodate existing and proposed Phase 1 amenities.
