Summary
Texas Security and Surveillance LLC (TSS) provides a myriad of security services to the City of Pflugerville under a TIPS Vendor Agreement between Texas Security & Surveillance LLC and The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) which is a Department of Texas Education Service Center Region 8. The authorized scope of work is subject to TIPS RFP 200105 Technology Solutions, Products and Services under the direction of the City's Information Technology Department. Vendor pricing is consistent with the TIPS Vendor Agreement.
The necessary scope of work has been completed. The rolled up invoices associated with this project exceed $50,000 and therefore require City Council approval in accordance with State law and City purchasing policies.
