Summary
In an effort to ensure building materials on a property adjacent to PCDC owned land, this item proposes a restrictive covenant agreement between PcDC and PlaceMKR. The PCDC and PlaceMKR may enter into a restrictive covenant pertaining to constructional requirements and building materials necessary for development on PlaceMKr's 42 acre property. No funds are required for the agreement. However, it provides that future construction on the PlaceMKR property must be built consistent with the covenant and the restrictive covenant may be enforced by the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation
