Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Water Easement between A-S 93 SH 130-SH 45, L.P. and the City of Pflugerville for the necessary utility access associated with Lot 4 Block 2 of the Stone Hill Town Center subdivision.
Summary
Lot 4 Block 2 is situated at the intersection of Stone Hill Drive and SH 130. A site plan is currently under review for this lot for development of a Chili's Restaurant. Existing water facilities necessary for service of lot 4 are located adjacent to SH130. It is a City requirement that all domestic and irrigation meters be located within the public right of way or associated public easement. This water easement is needed for the installation of a public water meter necessary for development of Lot 4.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
