Summary
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code (PID Act), the City Council approved the creation of Lakeside Meadows Public Improvement District on September 13, 2022. An ordinance levying assessments on the property located within Lakeside Meadows Public Improvement District was approved by City Council on May 14, 2024. The attached agreement is presented for consideration to have the assessments billed and collected by Travis County on behalf of the City.
