Summary
City staff issued a Request for Qualifications for creation of a Master Transportation Plan on January 11, 2013. Two firms submitted statements of qualifications for review by City staff. Staff reviewed the submittals and graded each submittal based on City stated criteria. Interviews were conducted with both firms. Based on the grading of the submittal and the interview with Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc.,staff recommends that firm for the project.

Fiscal Impact
Funding for the Master Transportation Plan is from the FY13 General Capital Reserve in the amount of $200,000.
