Summary
For the seventh consecutive year, the City of Pflugerville has received the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the City’s annual budget. The Distinguished Budget Presentation Award is the highest form of recognition in governmental budgeting, and its attainment reflects the commitment of the governing body and staff to meeting the highest principles of governmental budgeting. An independent panel of reviewers determined the City’s Fiscal Year 2010-2011 budget document satisfied nationally recognized criteria for effective budget presentation.
