Title

Summary

The public drainage easement is needed for the installation of a stormwater line necessary to serve the Falcon Pointe commercial development located northeast of the intersection of East Pflugerville Parkway and SH130.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
