Summary
The City of Pflugerville received three bronze-level awards from Horizon Interactive Awards 2013 competition for the city's website, Pfun in Pflugerville promotional video and the Pf Connect Campaign.

The Horizon Interactive Awards is a prestigious international competition recognizing outstanding achievement among interactive media producers. The competition recognizes and awards the best web sites, videos, online advertising, print media and mobile applications. Each year, the Horizon Interactive Awards receives thousands of entries from all over the world. A panel of industry professionals, from diverse multi-media, graphic design and marketing backgrounds, review the entries to determine the work that is to be recognized. Entries are given either a Gold, Silver, Bronze, and in some cases honorable mention award distinctions. All Gold winners are eligible for the Best of Category and Best of Show award (the Horizon Interactive Awards highest honor).

The city of Pflugerville entered four previous state and/or national award winning entries into this competition for consideration and three came back with bronze status to include:
Integrated Campaign category - Pf Connect
Broadcast Commercial category - Pfun in Pflugerville
Town and Municipalities website category: Pflugervilletx.gov

The 12th annual, international competition saw over 1600 entries from over 24 countries around the world including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and nearly all 50 states in the United States of America. An international panel of judges, consisting of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, as well as an end user panel evaluated categories ranging from online advertising to mobile applications.
