Summary
The proposed subdivision is located within the City's CCN (Certificate of Convenience and Necessity) for water and wastewater utility service. Additional public and private infrastructure is required in order for the City to provide water and wastewater service to the site.  A private lift station is proposed at the northeast corner of Lot 1 as well as a 3" private forcemain and 6" public gravity line to the existing lift station north of the site. The private forcemain is proposed to traverse the City's (detention lot) property, thus an easement is proposed.  The City Attorney has reviewed these documents.
