Presentation regarding the electronic voting system.
Summary
This item to allow for a presentation of the electronic voting system that will be implemented in future council meetings. AgendaLink voting software from Cloud Driven Solutions will provide council with an automated solution for voting during the meetings. The voting results will be shown on the screen after all votes are in so that both council and the public can see the full results. The solution connects with the City's current agenda software so all results are automatically recorded.
Prior City Council Action
Budget for the software was included in the council line item for FY22 budget adopted August 24, 2021.
