Summary
Laserfiche is the City's content management system for records management since 2013. It provides archival storage for the City's long term and permanent records, as well records retention schedules for regular maintenance of temporary records. Records in Laserfiche are text searchable, providing staff with the ability to broadly search and locate City records. In 2024, 4 terabytes of storage were added so that the City can continue to move department records into Laserfiche and utilize the workflows for records once they have met retention.
