Summary
This item has been included on the agenda to allow for discussion and potential action on the Lease Agreement with Project BearKat.  The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation approved the Lease Agreement at a meeting on October 9, 2014.  The City Council may retire to executive session for discussion on the item.  Action, if any, will be taken in open session.
