Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Access Easement Agreement by and between A-S 93 SH 130-SH 45, L.P. (NewQuest) and the City of Pflugerville.
Summary
The land associated with the Wilbarger Regional Detention Pond project immediately south of the Stone Hill Town Center has been acquired by the city from Mr. Timmerman. Until development of the surrounding property occurs, the sole access for inspections and maintenance will be via Town Center Drive through the parking lot of 24-Hour Fitness. This easement provides that access to the pond.
Status
The City of Pflugerville closed on the acquisition of the pond on August 9, 2011, and it is currently under construction.
Prior City Council Action
The City Council authorized the acquisition of the detention pond on July 26, 2011.
