Title
Approving a utility relocation agreement with Atmos Energy in the amount not to exceed $69,539.20 for the SH 45 Water and Wastewater Line Project and authorizing the City Manager to execute same.
Summary
Atmos Energy owns and operates an 8 inch diameter natural gas main that is located on the south side of SH 45. As part of the SH 45 Water and Wastewater Extensions project, the existing Atmos infrastructure needs to be lowered to avoid conflicts with the project.
