Summary
As part of the fiscal year 2021 approved budget, $229,000 was approved for the replacement of seven vehicles within the Engineering, Streets and Drainage, and Facilities Maintenance Departments. In an effort to ensure best pricing, staff bid the purchases of the vehicles but received no responses. Staff then obtained pricing from three vendors utilizing purchasing cooperatives. Below is the proposal tabulation.
