Summary
The Final Plat is for an area located north of Kelly Lane and east of FM 685, in the northern portion of the Falcon Pointe subdvision along the east side of Murchison Ridge Trail. The plat consists of 65 single-family residential lots, 1 private open space lot and 3,254 linear feet of street. Water and wastewater will be provided by the City of Pflugerville.
Staff Recommendation
The proposed Final Plat is in conformance with the minimum subdivision requirements, the approved Preliminary Plan, and the Falcon Pointe ALUR. Staff recommends approval of the Falcon Pointe Section Four-South, Phase 2 Final Plat.
